Meet Our Team

Dr. Eega graduated from the College of Veterinary Science in Hyderabad, India and moved to the United States in 2003 with a passion for practicing high-quality veterinary medicine in an advanced setting. After completing a Master's in Animal Science, he completed the North American Veterinary Licensing Exam (NAVLE) in 2006 and attended Louisiana State University, School of Veterinary Medicine for his clinical rotations. After completing his clinical rotations from LSU, he obtained his Florida state license to practice Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Eega worked for 13 years in corporate practice in the Orlando/Tampa area as an Associate Veterinarian and Lead Chief of Staff. During his tenure he has gained experience with soft tissue surgeries while continuing to practice high-quality veterinary medicine. His professional interests include wellness exams, preventive care, senior pet care, and nutrition counseling for both dogs and cats, with particular interests in endocrine cases, skin cases, nutrition, and behavior. He is a member of the FVMA, AVMA and VIN. Dr. Eega is USDA certified, which means he is authorized to examine animals and complete Certificates of Veterinary Inspection (CVIs) for interstate movement and export health certificates for international travel. Dr. Eega enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and his dog, Maui. He also runs marathons and is a CrossFit enthusiast.

Starting in veterinary medicine in 2014, our Practice Manager has dedicated her career to helping pets live healthier, happier lives. She is passionate about client education, preventive care, and building strong relationships with both pets and their families. She truly loves helping people and their pets and believes that educating pet parents is an important part of providing the best possible care. At home, she has her own furry companion, Gojo, an Australian Shepherd. Her favorite breed to work with is the German Shepherd, a breed that has been a beloved part of her family since childhood. She is proud to be part of the veterinary community and looks forward to making a positive difference in the lives of pets and their people every day!

I have been in the veterinary field since 2022. I have always dreamed of caring for animals as my job. I always said I would be a veterinarian. I used to save June bugs out of pools so they wouldn’t drown, and I took the job extremely seriously—just ask any of my family! I am currently in school to become a CVT so that I can further my career and help as many pets as possible. I have 6 dogs, 2 turtles, 7 ducks, and 14 chickens; what can I say, I’m just an animal girl.

Veterinary medicine has had my heart since I was 9 years old. After losing our family dog to a rare bone cancer diagnosis, little me decided I wanted to help as many animals as possible! That experience showed me just how important compassionate veterinary care can be—not only for our pets, but for the people who love them. Since officially entering the field in 2014, I’ve fallen even more in love with this profession. From routine wellness visits to emergency cases, every patient has taught me something new. I love the cool cases, the crazy moments, the constant learning, and the privilege of being there for pets and their families during some of life’s biggest moments. Every animal that walks through our doors matters to me, and I strive to treat each one as if they were my own. No two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly why I love what I do. Helping pets feel better, supporting their families, and making a difference—big or small—is what makes this work so rewarding. I truly couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

Jenny is a Certified Veterinary Assistant who studied at Southern Technical College. She has been part of the Pavilion team since 2023. She is one of our Spanish-speaking techs serving our Spanish community. Her favorite part of working in veterinary medicine is caring for patients and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Outside of work, Jenny is a proud mother of two children and a fur mom to two dogs and one cat. Her love for her family and her own pets inspires her passion for providing compassionate care and helping your fur babies live happy, healthy lives for many years to come.

Hi, I’m Whitney! I’ve been working as a veterinary receptionist and assistant since July 2023, helping keep pets healthy and pet parents happy. Working with animals and ensuring they can live their best lives fills my heart with joy! When I’m not at the clinic, I’m busy running around after my two young children and my sweet beagle Maggie Mae. My life is beautifully chaotic, full of love, and always centered around animals!

Jonelis is a Certified Veterinary Assistant who studied at Southern Tech University and joined our team in 2025. Her favorite part of working in veterinary medicine is seeing sick patients recover and return to feeling like themselves again. Outside of work, Jonelis enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Gojo, an American Staffordshire Terrier whom she adopted from a local shelter. When she’s not caring for patients, you can often find her relaxing at the beach or getting lost in a good book. Jonelis is proud to be part of a team dedicated to providing compassionate care and helping pets enjoy healthier, happier lives.
